Rocester at the start of the 2006-07 season from Staffs Senior League
club Ball Haye Green. The younger brother of Wayne, Peter was a
consistent performer who worked hard to earn himself a regular first
team spot. He left the club in September 2007 having made 44

Wayne Johnson (Defender) D.O.B. November 1973
A vastly experienced
and combative centre half who started out as a Rocester Youth team player,
although he didn't play first team football for the
Romans until August 2006 at the age of 32 after joining from Hednesford Town. Strong in the air and tough in
the tackle, he always led by example. Previously captained Leek Town and
Kidsgrove Athletic, he returned to Leek in January 2007 where he went on to
become Manager for two years. Wayne extended his playing career by returning to Hillsfield
towards the end of the 2011-12 season. Made a total of 78 appearances and
scored 4 goals.

1986)
Central defender who made
77 appearances for the Romans between 2009 and 2012, scoring two goals. He
joined in October 2009 from
Dudley Town, having previously played for Darlaston and Gresley Rovers.
