Patrick Farrelly (D.O.B. February 1991)

Central defender who came through the junior and youth team set-up at the club. 'Paddy' got a surprise call-up to the first team in March 2010 when he made his debut in a 5-1 win at Causeway United, and he remained in the team through to the end of the season. However, his career was cut short by a second long-term injury in November 2010 after making just 17 appearances.

 

 

Sam Fleming (D.O.B. November 1992)

Defender who could play anywhere across the back four. A former Swindon Town junior, Sam spent the 2009-10 season with Brocton before signing for Rocester in July 2010. After making just 7 appearances for the Romans he returned to Brocton.

Colin Fletcher (D.O.B. 10/01/78)

Striker who was signed from Leek C.S.O.B. in November 2006. Colin had previously enjoyed a successful 5-year spell with Stone Dominoes in the North West Counties League. He made 29 first team appearances for Rocester, scoring five goals.

Top class goalkeeper who initially signed from Ashbourne Town. A member of Rocester’s Midland Football Alliance championship winning side in 2004, he left to play for a number of teams including Newcastle Town and Belper Town, before rejoining the Romans in December 2008 from Leek Town. 'Froggy' clocked up 462 appearances during his two spells with the club, eventually retiring at the end of the 2016-17 season. He claimed all three Player of the Season awards in 2010.
