Mick Ede (Snr)

Father of Paul and Mick, 'Slotter' was a no-nonsense centre forward in his playing days in and around Uttoxeter. He became a permanent fixture as the club's physio for more than 20 years, finally calling it a day in 2013.

Kenny Elliott

Kenny's footballing career lasted over 35 years, which is testimony to his fitness and enthusiasm for the game. He could play equally well in any position.

Graham Eley

A gifted midfield player who has tremendous vision and passing ability.

Paul Ede

One of the best right-back to have worn the Rocester shirt. A tough competitor, Paul played youth and reserve team football for Port Vale before settling permanently at Rocester in 1987. He was transferred to Burton Albion in 1988 for a fee of 2000 but sadly the move didn't work out and Paul subsequently returned for a fee of 500 - making him Rocester's most expensive signing!

David Evans

Graham 'Sammy' Elks

One of the area's toughest midfield players who enjoyed a good battle in the engine room. Always gave 100% from start to finish. After finishing his playing days 'Sammy' formed a successful partnership  as Assistant Manager to Alan Beaman during the late 1980s and early 1990s.
